A detailed proposal together with appropriate drawings and specifications will be presented at the next meeting, which usually takes place within 7 to 10 days. All our proposals include a copy of all contracts and other documents that you may encounter during the project. We want to make sure you are familiar with the documentation prior to beginning, and of course, any questions will be answered at that time. Sample materials will be brought in to illustrate the quality of materials specified in your proposal. We will discuss and answer any and all questions you may have at that time.
Time line of your project will be provided to you during the proposal stage.

Via phone or email (as you prefer) we will touch base with you to answer any other questions that may arise after you study the proposal. At this time, we will set up a time to sign the contract and put your project on the schedule.

design |
Structural design, interior design, kitchen or bathroom designs/drawings will be presented to you at this time for your final approval. Colors, materials and other selections will be made during this stage.

Payment terms will be detailed in our proposal and contract, and usually follow the 5-draw process outlined below:
